Director of Operations

Cody Willis graduated from Ball State University with a degree in business.  To begin his professional career he joined a roofing company in Noblesville, Indiana.  After two successful years, he and his family moved to Evansville to start a satellite office for that company.  In his 9 year time frame in Evansville, he achieved both of his goals to become the largest roofing company in Evansville and receive GAF's most coveted national award "The Presidents Club Award."   After accomplishing his goals, Cody being an entrepreneur at heart was now ready to start his own company.  He then launched The Way Construction in order to provide the best roofing services available to the area.  He also wanted to start a family owned business as Cody loves spending time with his beautiful wife Laura and two beloved children Josiah and Dillon.

Sales

Austin Rogers graduated from Indiana University in Indianapolis with a degree in Finance.  Austin started his career in accounting and finance, but he aspired to a career that wasn't just in an office all day.  He had a lot of friends in the roofing industry and started to sell for a company in Indianapolis.  Austin then teamed up with Cody to run sales, and then moved to Newburgh to work for the Way Construction.  Austin loves his job being able to interact with the clients to bring them the best service possible.
